  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne pepper to the pot and stir to combine.
  3. Add the chicken to the pot and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. Add the zucchini to the pot and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the chicken broth and coconut milk into the pot. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
