Low Carb Chocolate Mess Berries Cream[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and easy to prepare keto friendly dessert recipe. It's perfect for those who are following a low carb diet and have a sweet tooth. The combination of chocolate, berries and cream is simply irresistible.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 100g of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 200g of mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of erythritol (or any other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or a double boiler. Make sure to stir it occasionally to prevent it from burning.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the erythritol and vanilla extract and continue to whip until the cream is stiff.
- Wash and dry the berries. If you are using strawberries, cut them into smaller pieces.
- Once the chocolate has melted, let it cool for a few minutes. Then, fold it into the whipped cream.
- Add the berries to the chocolate and cream mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Divide the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
