Low Carb Imperial Rice is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional rice dishes. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in protein and healthy fats.

  1. Start by ricing the cauliflower. You can do this by grating it or using a food processor.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the red bell pepper and green bell pepper to the pan and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your Low Carb Imperial Rice!
