- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of green beans, chopped
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the gravy. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook until the gravy has thickened.
- Steam the green beans until they are tender.
- Serve the meatloaf with the gravy and green beans on the side.
