A delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe, Mixed Cabbage Coleslaw is a perfect side dish for any meal. It's easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
