Mocha Cheesecake Bars are a delicious, keto-friendly dessert that combines the rich flavors of coffee and chocolate with the creamy texture of cheesecake. This recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy cream, eggs, erythritol, vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before cutting into bars.
