Mocha Cheesecake Bars are a delicious, keto-friendly dessert that combines the rich flavors of coffee and chocolate with the creamy texture of cheesecake. This recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for those following a keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy cream, eggs, erythritol, vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before cutting into bars.
