Mozzarella Eyeballs is a fun and keto-friendly recipe that is perfect for any occasion. It is a simple and quick recipe that requires only a few ingredients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 12 Mini Mozzarella Balls
- 12 Slices of Pepperoni
- 12 Black Olive Slices
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place a slice of pepperoni on a baking sheet.
- Place a mozzarella ball in the center of each pepperoni slice.
- Top each mozzarella ball with a black olive slice.
- Drizzle olive oil over the assembled eyeballs and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
