This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Nut-Free Keto Bread. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and who are also allergic to nuts.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
- 5 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
