This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Pan Seared Steak with Yellow Cauliflower Rice. It's a perfect meal for those who are on a low-carb diet or just want to enjoy a tasty and nutritious dish.

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the pan and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred level of doneness.
  4. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.
  5. While the steaks are resting, prepare the cauliflower rice. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  6. Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan.
  7. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan and sauté until they are soft.
  8. Add the cauliflower rice, turmeric, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
  9. Serve the steaks with the yellow cauliflower rice on the side.
