A delicious and easy to prepare keto friendly recipe, Pimento Cheese Dip is a perfect appetizer for any occasion.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of diced pimentos
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with your favorite keto-friendly vegetables or crackers.
