  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
