This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for Simple Chicken Parmesan. It's a great option for those following a low-carb diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the almond flour and half of the parmesan cheese.
  4. Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the butter, then dredge in the almond flour mixture, pressing it in to coat.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and the remaining parmesan cheese.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
