This is a recipe for a delicious and nutritious Soft Keto Seed Bread. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is packed full of healthy seeds and fiber.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
