Tandoori Paneer Tikka is a popular Indian dish made from paneer (Indian cottage cheese), marinated in yogurt and spices, and then grilled until it is golden and slightly charred. This recipe is keto-friendly, meaning it is low in carbohydrates and high in fat, making it suitable for those following a ketogenic diet.

  1. Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and red chili powder.
  3. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Ensure all the cubes are well coated with the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the paneer marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Preheat your grill or oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  6. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, alternating with vegetables if using.
  7. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, or until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves.
