Ultimate Breakfast Roll-Ups are a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. They are packed with protein and healthy fats, making them a perfect choice for those following a keto diet.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook until set, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the cooked eggs and let it melt.
  5. In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
  6. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onions and cook until softened.
  8. Lay out the cooked bacon on a cutting board and top with the egg and cheese mixture.
  9. Add the cooked vegetables on top of the eggs and cheese.
  10. Roll up the bacon, egg, and cheese mixture and secure with a toothpick.
  11. Serve the Ultimate Breakfast Roll-Ups warm.
