A delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe, the Arugula and Prosciutto Salad is a perfect choice for those following a low-carb diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of fresh Arugula
- 4 slices of Prosciutto
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese shavings
- 1/4 cup of Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Rinse the arugula leaves and pat them dry.
- Tear the prosciutto into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula and prosciutto.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top the salad with the Parmesan cheese shavings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
