Bacon Breakfast Bagels are a delicious and satisfying way to start your day. They are keto-friendly, high in protein, and low in carbs.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Bacon slices
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup of melted Butter
- 1/4 cup of Cream Cheese
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel shape.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the bagels cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.
- Serve each bagel with a slice of crispy bacon.
