Bacon Breakfast Bagels are a delicious and satisfying way to start your day. They are keto-friendly, high in protein, and low in carbs.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  6. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel shape.
  8. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let the bagels cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.
  11. Serve each bagel with a slice of crispy bacon.
