Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 tablespoons of Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
- 1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh Chives
- 2 slices of cooked and crumbled Bacon
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the almond flour and baking powder.
- Add the egg and butter to the mug and whisk together until smooth.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon.
- Microwave the mug for 90 seconds or until the cake has risen and is firm to the touch.
- Allow the mug cake to cool for a few minutes before eating.
