Balsamic Avocado Bowls are a delicious and healthy keto friendly meal. They are easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. In a bowl, mix the spinach, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop the spinach and tomato mixture into the avocado halves.
  4. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top of the avocado bowls.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
