This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Breaded Root Celery with Creamed Garlic Beans. It's a perfect dish for those who are on a ketogenic diet and love to enjoy a variety of flavors.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Peel the root celery and cut it into slices.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, place the almond flour. Dip each slice of root celery into the eggs, then coat with almond flour.
  4. Place the breaded root celery slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. While the root celery is baking, prepare the creamed garlic beans. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Add the green beans to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender.
  7. Add the heavy cream to the pan, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until the cream has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the breaded root celery with the creamed garlic beans on the side.
