This is a delicious and easy to prepare keto friendly recipe for Cheesy Cauliflower Onion Dip. It's perfect for those on a low-carb diet or anyone who loves a good, cheesy dip.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft and fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, sautéed onion and garlic, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
