Overview[edit | edit source]

Cloud Bread is a soft, airy bread alternative that has grown in popularity among those following a ketogenic, low-carb, or gluten-free diet. Its light texture resembles that of a fluffy cloud, hence the name.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Preparation[edit | edit source]

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). 2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. 3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), salt, and any additional flavorings until smooth. 4. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture. 5. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spoon the mixture into rounds. 6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until lightly golden. 7. Allow to cool before serving.

Serving Suggestions[edit | edit source]

  • Can be used as a sandwich bread substitute.
  • Topped with avocado, cheese, ham, or any other preferred toppings.
  • Serve as a side to soups and salads.

Nutritional Value[edit | edit source]
