Cod loin with horseradish and browned butter is a delicious and nutritious keto-friendly dish. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 pieces of Cod loin (approximately 200g each)
- 2 tablespoons of horseradish
- 100g of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Season the cod loins with salt and pepper.
- Place the cod loins in a baking dish and spread the horseradish evenly over each piece.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns a nutty brown color. Be careful not to burn it.
- Pour the browned butter over the cod loins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
