Cod loin with horseradish and browned butter is a delicious and nutritious keto-friendly dish. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Season the cod loins with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cod loins in a baking dish and spread the horseradish evenly over each piece.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns a nutty brown color. Be careful not to burn it.
  5. Pour the browned butter over the cod loins.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
