  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Flatten the meat mixture onto the greased baking sheet, forming a thin, even layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
  5. Remove the meatza from the oven and drain any excess grease.
  6. Spread the marinara sauce over the meatza, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add your desired toppings, then return the meatza to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Allow the meatza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
