- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce (sugar-free)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil for greasing
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Olives)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Flatten the meat mixture onto the greased baking sheet, forming a thin, even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
- Remove the meatza from the oven and drain any excess grease.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the meatza, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add your desired toppings, then return the meatza to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the meatza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
