Favorite keto chicken recipes

Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce, sugar-free
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then into the almond flour mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
