  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly syrup.
