Garlic and Herb Breadstick Bites (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and apple cider vinegar.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds or until the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Add the melted cheese and the egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a breadstick shape. Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle with additional Italian herbs and garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
