A delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe, Garlic Butter Braised Cabbage is a perfect side dish for any meal. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cabbage, cored and chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and stir to coat in the butter and garlic.
- Pour the chicken broth over the cabbage.
- Cover the pan and let the cabbage simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
