Keto Friendly Goulash Butter Fried Cabbage[edit | edit source]
Goulash butter fried cabbage is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly dish. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavors.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pound of beef, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
- 1 cup of beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the paprika and caraway seeds and cook for another minute.
- Add the cabbage and cook until it starts to wilt.
- Return the beef to the pan and add the beef broth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the cabbage is tender and the flavors are well combined.
