- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Green Chiles, chopped
- Salt to taste

- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the egg to the mug and mix well until the batter is smooth.
