Instant Pot Parmesan Pork is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe. It's perfect for those who are following a low-carb diet and want a satisfying and flavorful meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1.5 lbs of pork loin
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Turn on your Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add the olive oil.
- Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Once the oil is hot, add the pork loin to the pot and brown on all sides. This should take about 5 minutes.
- Remove the pork loin from the pot and set aside.
- Add the garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and use a wooden spoon to scrape the bottom of the pot to remove any browned bits.
- Return the pork loin to the pot and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to the pressure cook or manual setting. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the pork loin from the pot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
