Keto Irish Foods[edit | edit source]
Irish cuisine traditionally features hearty dishes rich in potatoes, bread, and stews. However, adapting these classic recipes to fit a ketogenic diet, which is low in carbohydrates and high in fats, can be both fun and delicious.
