Keto Avocado Alfredo Sauce with Zoodles and Chicken[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 4 zucchinis, spiralized into zoodles
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a blender, combine the avocados, heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pan, heat the avocado alfredo sauce over medium heat until warm.
- Add the cooked chicken and zoodles to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the zoodles are tender.
- Serve the Keto Avocado Alfredo Sauce with Zoodles and Chicken warm.
