Keto Beef and Broccoli[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Beef and Broccoli. It's a perfect dish for those following a Ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb beef, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook until tender.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the sauce. Stir to coat the beef and broccoli in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Keto Beef and Broccoli!
