Keto Beef and Broccoli[edit | edit source]

This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Beef and Broccoli. It's a perfect dish for those following a Ketogenic diet.

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli and cook until tender.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet and add the sauce. Stir to coat the beef and broccoli in the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your Keto Beef and Broccoli!
