This is a simple and delicious recipe for a homemade Keto Blue Cheese Dressing. It's perfect for salads, dipping vegetables, or as a sauce for your favorite keto-friendly meals.

- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy cream. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the crumbled blue cheese to the mixture. Stir until the cheese is evenly distributed.
- Add the white vinegar to the mixture. Stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
