Keto Chicken Alfredo is a delicious, low-carb dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe serves 4 and takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare and cook.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.
