This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Keto Chicken Fajita Bowl. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is packed with flavor.

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup of cauliflower rice

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetables out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, prepare the cauliflower rice according to the package instructions.
