Keto Chicken Thighs is a delicious, low-carb meal that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
  8. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
