Keto Chicken Thighs is a delicious, low-carb meal that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for about 5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
