Keto Fish Casserole with Mushrooms and French Mustard[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of white fish fillets
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of French mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft and browned.
- Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook until they are just starting to flake. Remove the pan from the heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the heavy cream and French mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the fish and mushrooms in the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
