Keto Indian Butter Chicken is a popular Indian dish that can be easily adapted to fit a keto lifestyle. This recipe is high in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbs, making it a perfect choice for those following a keto diet.

  1. Heat the ghee or coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  4. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken in the spices.
  5. Add the tomato puree, coconut milk, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir well.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
