- 2 cans of Mackerel
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Open the cans of mackerel and drain the liquid.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the mackerel to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your preferred style (scrambled, fried, poached, etc.).
- Slice the avocado.
- Arrange the mackerel, eggs, and avocado on a plate. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
