Keto philly cheesesteak omelet
Keto Philly Cheesesteak Omelet[edit | edit source]

Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until they are soft.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the beef and vegetables. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Cover the pan and let the omelet cook until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the omelet in half and serve.
