Keto Better Goldfish Recipe[edit | edit source]

This is a recipe for a keto-friendly version of the popular snack, goldfish crackers. These are perfect for those following a keto diet as they are low in carbs and high in fat.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the flour mixture and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and egg.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
  7. Use a small fish-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the crackers.
  8. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown.
  10. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
