Keto Stuffed Meatloaf is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with protein and healthy fats, and is low in carbs, making it a great option for those trying to maintain a state of ketosis.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- On a baking sheet, form half of the meat mixture into a loaf shape.
- Layer the spinach and mozzarella cheese on top of the meatloaf.
- Form the remaining meat mixture into a loaf shape on top of the spinach and cheese.
- Spread the tomato sauce on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
