Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Drain the fat from the skillet, then stir in the diced tomatoes, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, then top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
