This is a recipe for a delicious and nutritious Keto Warm Kale Salad. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.

  1. Start by washing the kale and removing the stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the almond slivers and toast them until they're golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the olive oil. Once it's hot, add the kale. Cook it until it's wilted and slightly crispy.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar to the pan and stir it into the kale. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the toasted almond slivers, crumbled goat cheese, and cooked bacon to the pan. Toss everything together until it's well combined.
  6. Serve the salad warm.
