This is a delicious and easy-to-make recipe for Low Carb Cinnamon Apples with Vanilla Sauce. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.

- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup of erythritol
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
