Low Carb Harissa Chicken with Lime Sauce[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy recipe for Low Carb Harissa Chicken with Lime Sauce. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's high in protein and low in carbs.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then rub them with the harissa paste.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the butter and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Add the chicken broth, lime juice, and heavy cream to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve the chicken with the lime sauce spooned over the top.
