Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Crackers are a delicious and healthy snack for those following a keto diet. They are easy to make and are packed with the flavors of fall.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, pumpkin spice, sea salt, and baking powder.
- Add the pumpkin puree to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the crackers cool completely before serving.
