This is a delicious and healthy recipe for a Low Carb Vegan Chocolate Ganache Tart. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is also vegan-friendly.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Almond flour - 2 cups
- Coconut oil - 1/2 cup
- Erythritol - 1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegan dark chocolate - 200 grams
- Coconut cream - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut oil, erythritol, cocoa powder, and salt. This will form the base of your tart.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until firm.
- While the base is baking, make the ganache. Melt the vegan dark chocolate and mix it with the coconut cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the base is done baking, let it cool for a few minutes before pouring the ganache over it.
- Let the tart set in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
